The evening’s questions

The Questions That Shape This Evening.

Peter’s theses meet the questions decision-makers are asking now. Four tensions for one evening.

Why this evening matters

Four Perspectives, One Common Thread.

The companies asking the right questions now will define what work looks like in five years.

  1. Imagination is the Bottleneck, Not the Models

Imagination and attention are the only resources you can’t buy. Those who direct them, lead.

  2. Access Beats Technology

Agents don’t just change what gets built — they change who builds. The next builders aren’t in IT. When everyone in the company can build, software competence must become core culture.

  3. Open Source as a Survival Strategy

An agent that knows everything about you can’t be a rental. Open Source isn’t ideology — it’s risk management.

  4. Leadership is the Key Skill

The ability to orchestrate agents and coordinate workflows is not an IT question. You need to see, understand, and explain the big picture.

In his own words

Peter Steinberger, Unfiltered.

Voices from practice

Not a Lecture on Theory.

Decision-makers and entrepreneurs show what happens when Personal Agents are no longer a concept, but everyday reality.

About XALT

Who Is XALT, Anyway?

XALT Business Consulting helps organizations navigate AI transformation — from initial strategy through implementation in day-to-day operations. Its focus is Enterprise AI, process automation, and building internal AI capabilities.

For this evening, XALT brings together decision-makers, business owners, and practitioners so the discussion about Personal Agents goes beyond theory. The XALT AI Circle provides a setting for open exchange and practical insights.

XALT AI Circle

The XALT AI Circle Keeps Growing.

The XALT AI Circle is a closed circle for decision-makers who take AI transformation seriously. Roundtables, exclusive insights, Chatham House Rule — no public membership, no marketing list.

Event #1 was with Gene Kim. Event #2 is with Peter Steinberger.

Those who are part of it help decide what comes next.
